A Harlequin Romance Novel

Here are some photos from my latest shoot.  Shot in Paynes Prairie, this was a lighting workshop for the group, Gainesville Photographers, which turned out to be the windiest day of our lives!

Photo By: Kristin Kozelsky (check out her blog!)

See, I'm not lying!  Poor Kirill had my hair blowing in his face all day!

If you look carefully at the photo below, you will see that I cried one single tear, not out of sadness, not because I am a great actress (ha!), but because of the hurricane force winds!!!!!

Male Model: Kirill, a real sweetiepoo!  If you need a male model, check out his Model Mayhem Account.  He is great to work with, and a pretty cool cat in general!

One of the photographers, Rodney Rogers, described some of these photos as possible covers for a Harlequin Romance Novel. :)

Kirill is 6"4, so he had to do quite a bit of slouching not to tower over me.

I think this one looks like the beginning of a scary movie, but I'm weird, what do you think?

Photo By: I am a bad person and do not know who took this photo, I honestly looked for quite some time but came up with nothing, if you took this, please let me know and I will give you credit! :)

If the Madonna "Ray of Light" song wasn't so annoying, I would insert it here.

The mystery one above is probably his as well, see the similarities, huh, huh?!

Miss Priss Hits Blogs & Not Just This One

Well, hello there!  I have not been posting as frequently as I would like, but for good reason.  I am a busy lady who wears many hats.  I know everyone says that and no one really cares, but I thought I would share (I can do that, this is my blog!  If you don't have a blog, you should start one, it's fun!).

One thing that I have been doing is write, write, writing!  The wonderful people over at INsite Magazine did a nice little feature on my "Budget Friendly Looks for the New Year."  Speaking of the new year, did you see this?

Have somewhere fancy to go, but need to keep most of your cash for the shenanigans you will perform upon arrival?

Check it out, party ready for only $11, nuts, I know!

They also mentioned my feature in "The December Issue."

Hey, that's me!

You can read the story, "Give Yourself the Gift of Thrift," here.

I have also been busy burning up the pavement all over the state by doing things like this shoot with the lovely Kristin Kozelsky.  She is an amazing photographer.  Sarah Bremseth is responsible for the lovely hair and makeup.  Both ladies are super sweet and were so fun to work with.

More photos can be found here.

Until then, my loves!
